In 1998, Doug co-founded Ayrhill Homes. Ayrhill Homes was at the beginning of the revitalization of Vienna's bedroom community. Ayrhill delivered over 150+ new builds and whole-house renovations in a style unprecedented in the area.
In 1998, they began building commercial projects. The 2 buildings they built on Church Street in Vienna are now downtown landmarks. Through a different company, Vienna Vision, Doug developed a stunning multi-use property with 44 townhomes and Commercial Retail along Maple Ave.
